The Harbinger Multi-Gym Pro Fitness Trainer is a portable gym system that can be used as doorway pull-up bars as well as for sit-ups, push-ups and dips. The Multi-Gym Pro Trainer targets your arms, chest, core and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. It features padded handles that allow 4 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, wide grip and hammer grip pull-ups. The 300-pound weight capacity makes it safe to use with a weighted vest. It also features a patented door frame guard using a unique flat design with thick foam pads for protection. Easy to install with no drilling required, the Multi-Gym Pro securely fits door frames 27" to 33" wide and up to 6" deep. Padded handles provide comfort and ensure the correct form.
