This was a gift for my mother in law. She is vegan and these knives are perfect for the type of food prep that she does. She’s very happy with them so far.

They are light for someone with arthritis but wish they were a little sharper.

So Glad I purchased these. We are far from stores currently and getting easy plate delivered - lots of prep for these mail order dinners. I have knifes and knife sharpeners - but none compare to just having these two knives.

These knives are great, they are very sharp, very sturdy and hold their sharpness with everything I do so far as long as they are treated properly and cleaned they should, I expect, last a very long time

Did not notice these were microseratted blades. No good for folks interested in proper knife handling in the kitchen.
