Questions & Answers
How to connect pipe to drain water into condensation pump of my AC
Answered by HisenseProductExpertHello Hisense Customer, thank you for your interest in the Hisense ADH25K26. To connect a drain hose from the dehumidifier to an external condensate pump, the pump must be installed below the unit’s drain outlet to allow water to flow into the pump by gravity. This model is designed for standard gravity drainage and does not include a built-in internal pump. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.
Does it stop if bucket is full
Answered by HisenseProductExpertHi Hisense Customer, thank you for your interest in the Hisense ADH25K26. This model will automatically stop operating when the water bucket is full Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.
The specs say this has a 6 quart bucket, but one of the pictures shows a bucket that's labelled as 8.5 pints (= 4.25 quarts). Which is correct? Also you've got the height/width/depth mixed up on the specs.
