Q: What is width between feet?

A: 38", legs are fitted left and right sides, secured with a screw. Have somebody assist with the lifting.

Q: The specifications say there are 3 hdmi inputs but ZERO hdmi 2.1 inputs. The images of the hdmi ports show hdmi as earc, and all three hdmi as 4k@60hz. I thought earc was hdmi 2.1? Are the three hdmi 2.0 or in fact 2.1? Or a mix? It’s a bit confusing.

A: Final update: Yes, no HDMI 2.1 ports, however this tv works perfectly with the new AppleTV 4K DIRECTLY connected. When I used premium High Speed with Ethernet (my 18 gbps Monster) HDMI cables, I got Atmos and 4K SDR (only). I had to “over-cable” with the expensive “certified Belkin Ultra HD High Speed HDMI 2.1 Cable, 48 gbps” to get 4K HDR and 4K Dolby Vision. (The AppleTV has HDMI tests to verify whether SDR/HDR/DolbyVision works or not. Note: Even with a second Belkin HDMI cable and connecting AppleTV thru the AV, my 2.1 HDMI firmware upgraded Yamaha AV did not give me better than 4K SDR (neither active, nor passive when AV was off). But I have Atmos with this TV and will stick with SDR connecting thru my AV. Hope this info is useful.

Q: Is there a way to change to 4K HDR for gaming? I have a PlayStation 5, and it say it it can turn on HDR only on 1080p resolution. So I was wondering if there’s a solution to use these both together.

A: There is; check YouTube, there’s a guy that reviewed this tv and you have to go to the pop up menu and make some adjustments to do gaming in 4k hdr.

Q: When this television is shut off or in standby mode, does the USB port still have power? Or only when it is powered on? How much watts/power is the usb? (I want to connect some cheap wireless bluetooth headphones and just keep them charged.)

A: Hi HiSenseFan, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 50A6H. Power is cut off to the USB port when the TV is turned off or sitting idle for too long. If you have any further questions or concerns, please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.

Q: Does this TV have OTA ATSC 3.0 tuner built in?

A: Hi Inquisinator, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 50A6H. No, this TV does not support ATSC 3.0 Tuner. If you have any further questions or concerns, please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.

Q: Hi I have the tv above and people have been saying there's a video for hdr...I haven't been able to find it can someone provide assistance or name drop the video as I can't seem to turn on my 4k her for gaming.

A: First, remember that for HDR, it's more important the source, the cable and the HDMI port you are connecting it. Check the game is in HDR, check the console supports HDR, the cable you are using is capable to transport large amounts of data and the HDMI port support HDR. If everything is good. HDR should start without pushing any button. But, as an advise, if the game has something showing all the time in the screen, you know, those things showing your speed, maps, lives, etc. Using HDR you will burn the screen. Be careful.
