Q: WOULD WE BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE SPECTRUM APP WITH THIS TV?
A: You don’t need to download Spectrum on the tv. It has chromecast so you need to download the SpectrumTV app on your phone and register your tv on the google home app (on your phone). This is how I watch Spectrum’s cable tv on it.
