Hello Stranje, thank you for choosing the Hisense AHTP0825UW1W. The unit is designed to be waterless in that it will not require draining under normal usage circumstances. However, in some situations when the unit is run around the clock or under high humidity, the reservoir will fill and the e5 error will come on. In that case, you will need to empty the unit using a drain pan or an attached garden hose. The exhaust hose must be connected to disperse any excess moisture and the hot air out a window in order to adequately cool the room.
