Hi Hisense Customer, thank you for your interest in the Hisense PX3-PRO. For smoother gameplay with higher frame rates, you can lower the resolution in your console or PC video settings. At 4K Ultra HD, the refresh rate is locked at a maximum of 60Hz. Switching to 1440p (2K) enables full support for 120Hz, while dropping further to 1080p (Full HD) allows up to 240Hz thanks to High Refresh Rate technology.
