Holy Soldier - Promise Man (30th Anniversary) - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

First released in 1995, Promise Man marked a daring transformation for Holy Soldier-one that redefined the boundaries of Christian rock. Trading their polished glam-metal sound for a raw, grunge-inspired intensity, the band delivered a record filled with authenticity, emotion, and purpose. Featuring new vocalist Eric Wayne, the album embraced a deeper, more soulful tone that resonated with fans old and new. Critically acclaimed and honored with two Dove Awards in 1996 (Hard Rock Album of the Year and Hard Rock Recorded Song of the Year), Promise Man remains a landmark in faith-driven rock music-bold, honest, and powerfully human. Now, celebrating it's 30th Anniversary, this Collector Edition CD brings the classic back for the first time in decades-remastered and fully authorized by Capitol Records, with insights from producer David Zaffiro (Bloodgood).
