Order it in June 2023 the first ii Its now August and has quick working I wasted my money Can’t return it. Don’t buy this one when it worked did great when I really needed it it’s not working. Fan want blown. Not even 6 months old. I guess I purchased a lemon..We are having 100 plus temperatures order it for a place that had no air. I can’t believe I wasted money on this lemon. And it did last 3 months

Good points are that it does cool a certain size room for cheaper than running the regular AC. Bad points are refilling the water and the noise but we use this in our garage so it is doable. Over all a good item.

Received this cooler as a replacement for the one I bought 18 months ago that quit working when the water pump gave out. This one has an identical pump and so I will continue to get the 2yr additional protection plan. Unfortunately, I can’t open the door to add water because it’s too hard, this means my husband has to open it - very inconvenient since it only takes five hours to deplete the tank. Also very loud compared to my previous brand.

The Honeywell evaporative cooler did very well out of the box, and continues to work nicely. Adding ice to the reservoir on top of the unit works very well for additional cooling, but be advised the ice melts very fast and must be constantly monitored to be effective. Otherwise, it's a great portable air conditioner when the humidity is below 50%. I'm very pleased overall.
can be little loud wouldn't recommend if you are looking to use as an overnight item but does work very well for any larger room

I would highly recommend for anyone struggling with their room being extremely hot, the only downside is if you have carpet… it is hard to get water to and from the bottom. Other than that, a terrific product!

I have never owned a evaporative cooler before so did not know what to expect. I think this has great power and use however I could not get past the feeling of being moist while I used it while I slept.

Puts out a good amount of cool air and cooled off the living room and kitchen within 10 minutes in 90 degree heat. Ice melts fast so be sure you have plenty if you need a really cool room. It’s a bit loud but who cares if you are burning up.

It really helped to cool down the house during the heat wave while our ac unit struggled. Cleaning the filter and part is a must tho. It starts to smell if you don’t.

Really loud. It might be good for 80 degree weather. Not very good for 100 degree weather. Not worth the cost honestly.

These also require ample cross ventilation along with dry heat for optimal cooling. I didn’t want to put a window type air conditioner because couldn’t leave the window open in my son”s bedroom. It gives good white noise and cool air. The side opening hatch is a bit tight to open and close. It’s bulky but can pivot fairly easily. Does the job!

I like it or helps keep my gf cool in the hot room we are currently in.. we use it in conjuction with 2 other fans but this is the only one with cooling capabilities. When in cooling mode it blows nice cool air but warning does make the air moist in a small room if in fit more then an hour

I read the reviews and knew I was taking a chance. It does not work well with a even a minimum humidity. Very noisy. Unfortunately the return period had passed by the time I tested the unit. Now its just a loud fan......

All you need is water and ice. It cools down our living room where ever direction you pointed at. Is a little noisy, not to the point that it will get your attention.

I purchased this in late May anticipating hot weather. It is the second week of July and hot weather is predicted, so I opened the box to set-up the unit. Upon reading the instruction and care materials I read, "The Air Cooler cools best in dry climates. If the ambient humidity level is high (60% or above), refrain from using the Air Cooler until ambient humidity is reduced. I live in Southern California which is desert, but somewhat close to the ocean. Right now the humidity is 73%, and heat is predicted this weekend, with this humidity, rendering this unit useless to me. I have exceeded the return date, so I am stuck with this thing. I do not remember reading anything about humidity levels for operation while reading the description on-line.
