Easy to use. Nice features. I had returned an HP to a store and a Honeywell, as well. This one is SO much better!

For the price, it's a good little shreader. It doesn't like larger batch shreadding though. Great for a desktop unit where you shread a few documents at a time. Bin holds a fair amount of paper. Could be quieter, but like I said, good for the price. It's a lower end unit.
