Q: Is this vacuum power and brush good for picking up pet hair?
A: We've had ours since Christmas and have two cats. This thing really sucks! Sorry about the humor, this vacuum is astounding in how well it cleans and picks up cat hair. We are completely happy with it!
Q: What is the difference between bh51120 and the bh51120 pc.
A: In my experience it's the same. I ordered it thru bestbuy but it was price-matched in Hoover website. It was at first in question because it was on sale in Hoover but the model number was the bh51120 pc while bestbuy just have it as bh51120 only. So we typed just the model number of how it was on bestbuy in Hoover website it showed us the vacuum model with regular price. But after we click on it, it took us to the same vacuum with the model number ending in pc and it was half off. So it was decided it was the same unit, got it for half the price and it arrived just as expected. Love my vacuum. ❤

A: No it’s not, but a great battery powered vacuum.
Q: Will this vacuum work on the Mohawk smart strand carpet?
A: We don't have Mohawk, but we do have a throw rug with an extremely deep pile on one of our hardwood floors. After using a new corded pet Dyson on a section until no more dirt came out, I then ran a cordless Hoover on it (I think ours is the hoover 3.0). The cordless Hoover immediately pulled out more dirt. Both vacuums have the automatic height adjustment, but Dyson doesn't plan for air flow like Hoover does. (You need air flowing to carry the dirt away). Not sure if this helps, but don't let Dyson's hefty price tag fool you into thinking their overall engineering is better than Hoover.

A: Yes, just push a button and switch over hose, the attachments really work well.
