A: I have same experience, but this sometimes happens to other brands and models too. So, I am not particularly complaining about it, but this machine has no controls other than heavy/normal wash.... It is very surprisingly disappointing.

Not as sturdy as I expected. Door is flimsy as are the racks. Fits well in the cabinet area. The controls are very basic with few options.

The dishwasher is definitely on the economic side, but it gets the job done. It has no modes just one button. For the price, it was worth the buy.
