Excellent Performance and Value!
I purchased the HP 15.6” Touch-Screen Laptop (Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD) from Best Buy, and I’m very pleased with my purchase so far. The laptop is fast, responsive, and perfect for both work and personal use. The touch screen is smooth and responsive, making navigation easy. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor combined with 16GB of memory keeps everything running smoothly, whether I’m multitasking between apps or streaming videos. The 256GB SSD makes boot-up and file access really quick. The design is sleek and lightweight, and the silver finish gives it a modern, clean look. Battery life has been reliable for my daily tasks, and setup was quick and simple. I had a great buying experience at the Springfield Best Buy location—friendly and helpful staff who made sure I got exactly what I needed. Stalk the sale price and get it!
I needed a new laptop because of the Windows 10 shutdown. I happened to find this one on the DEAL OF THE DAY special at about half price. This laptop is perfect for me. It was easy to set up. The best thing was that it asked me if I wanted to transfer my FAVORITES over from my other computer. I guess that information was saved in the cloud or somewhere. That was perfect because I didn't have to go in and manually put them in myself because I have about 20 saved already. In fact, I was given a list to check and REMOVE the ones I didn't want before it saved the rest. I did have to learn a few things like how to add the pictures from my phone. How to print. I was able to send myself an e-mail of a couple of documents I had in the other laptop, so I didn't have to retype those. I didn't have much to transfer over and the rest I walked away from to start clean on this new one. My only criticism of this laptop is that when I use WORD, I have to watch a commercial every few minutes. If you upgrade and buy whatever it is they are selling at $9.99 a month or yearly, you don't have to be interrupted any more. Naw, I'll watch the commercial. All in all, it's been a great experience. Just like my last two lappys, I've slathered it front and back with stickers. Just don't cover the air holes on the back. This time, flowers. Don't be afraid to personalize your laptop.
