I ordered an 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-1115G4 with a Processor Speed (Base) of 4.1 GHz. However, I've received a PC today with 3.0 GHz base speed. I needed it for quantitative data analysis at school with huge data to interpret and my three year old HP ProBook, wasn't suitable for that. So, I ordered a new one. But showing loyalty to HP costed my a PC with incorrect specs. images attached. I wasted a lot of time, money and energy on it. I wasn't expecting this from HP and Best Buy. :( :( You can even see the shadow of the light in the screen. :(

I bought this computer for a college program I'm entering in this Fall. My Macbook Pro (2009) is getting full and slow. It arrived on time and setup/registration was easy. I was able to get it out of Windows 10 S Mode and download the apps I want (ie Chrome, Kindle, and Microsoft Office). I wanted a budget laptop with Windows 10, with reasonable hard drive space/memory, and a media card port. I also wanted a lithium ion 3 cell battery as opposed to the Lenovo Ideapad (which was my 2nd option) that used a lithium polymer battery. I love my new 2021 HP laptop.

I love this HP Intel core I3 computer. I love the touchscreen feature as well as the 15.6 inch screen. It’s such an affordable price.
