This monitor was a replacement for my Sony Monitor. The HP has two ports one VGA and one DVI and has the ability to have two PCs attached and have the ablity to switch between the two. That and the price of this monitor was the main reason for my purchase. Great Value and functionality. Picture quality is great and easy to understand the on screen diplay (OSD) menu. I would recommend buying this monitor to anyone that wants a quaility monitor for its price.

If all you need is a second screen with a nice enough display, this the your monitor. The screen is Wie enough that I can have my command window and main Matlab window next to each other for ease of work. The reason why I do not rate it higher is that for its price, it is way too simple. It is a VGA only connection only monitor, it does not rotate, nor slide up and down, hence I think it should have been cheaper.

I needed to set up a workspace quickly to work from home. Adding this monitor allowed me to have a two screen work station.

I got this within the week, hooked it up in a timeless manner. No complaint at all and I'm no spring chicken.

This was a great purchase to add to the WFH initiative with my employer during the COVID-19 pandemic. The screen has great resolution along with the connectivity with my laptop.

This monitor makes working on big files easier and with a great image, much better than the regular laptop screen, now I'm getting used to working on it all week, and going back to a smaller screen during weekends, which takes some effort... this screen is beautiful even from behind... really recommended...

I find this monitor perfect for custom installation on my touring custom built arranger workstation keyboard rig. Modified the stand and bolted to the rig. Seems to do well so far. Display is clear on PDF sheet music. DAW Midi is displayed nice and concise.

it's just great for my outdoor surveillance system

Needed another monitor and the same one I bought months ago was on clearance so I ordered it again. Perfect timing

I wanted a smaller one, but being too big is the only thing that makes it usable since I can't set the resolution at all. I mainly use 2 monitors for work, and for that it is fine BECAUSE for some reason the connection to the work system SHRINKS everything, which I have to correct by setting my monitors' resolution very low! Which my low setting on my old monitor comes close to matching the new monitor. For personal use it is still handy to have things open on separate monitors, and the new one is usable but not satisfactory when not connected to the work system. I WAS TOLD IN THE STORE THAT GEEK SQUAD IS BACKED UP FOR WEEKS AND I WAS UNABLE TO SCHEDULE ANYTHING AT ALL WITH THEM EVEN WEEKS AHEAD. I consider this a bad purchase but it is useful for work and marginally better than only one monitor outside of work. Images below: the SCREENSHOTS apparently show the picture from its data, that is NOT how it looks on the new monitor. The How It Looks photo taken with my cell phone shows how the picture actually looks. Things like email and browsers, the windows come up not fitting on the screen, can't get at sliders or controls, can't fit much text in the window.

We needed a hdmi monitor not an VGA type monitor. Though the monitor was on sale, it not useable with the computer

Monitor display and quality of image is very bad. None of the colors are shown and it is like a black and white monitor with blue thin film on top. Would not recommended this product to anyone.

This is a great monitor, especially for the price! I wish it had an HDMI output to make the digital connection to a computer easier, but can’t complain for the price.

This monitor was very simple to setup! The screen has a very clear image. Great quality for price.

I have a desktop that I wanted to use only to watch a movie (it has a Blu-ray drive with Cyberlink PowerDVD 16) and I needed a full HD monitor and this was a very good deal. The program deals nicely with motion blur, so I don't have a problem with that with this monitor (or any monitor, I must say.) It is connected to my computer with a DVI connector. I am rating this monitor according to what I paid for which was under USD100. It is a terrific buy. This is not an OLED or a 4K monitor/television - and it is "merely" an LCD monitor which suits my needs. Easy to put together, and not very heavy. Thank you Best Buy for having this on sale at a very reasonable price.

I bought this monitor so that I could work in extended view from my computer, and it serves its purpose quite well. When I work on projects, I am able to keep some of my materials on this screen as I continue to work on my Surface Book screen. Great price and works well. If you're looking for superb graphics, you may want to go with something else, but if you're looking for a satisfactory product at a very reasonable price for the purpose of getting work done, this is your monitor.

Great value and look. My monitor went out and when we went to the store the advisor showed us this one, and we went to another store where it was in stock. Happy we did. Just wish it had built in speakers.

Bought this 20 inch monitor for an additional monitor for my laptop and it was easy to set up and works great at a very reasonable price! Everyone at Best Buy was terrific, would recommend!
