Im a very casual computer user. I go on to check work emails, social media, and the occasional videos. I have a MacBook pro I love but the screen is too small and I wanted the feel of a full desktop computer so I figured id just add a monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and thats exactly what I did. I love this monitor, its VERY thin and looks expensive compared to other monitors in the same range. I got it for a great deal so that may be a factor in my love for this monitor. Its a great size and the quality is as you would expect.

Excellent size for using dual monitors when working from home.

It is a very light, very thin, breakthrough monitor. I will buy it if I have a 2560 * 1440 resolution product. A perfect product is a good example of this.

I bought 2 for dual monitor setup. They are beautiful and they are working fine. I can't expect more for $60 monitor.

I bought this monitor on Cyber Monday. What a great deal! Here is my review and unboxing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bau3948Wu1A I love how thin and small the monitor is. The buttons are very easy to use and navigate through settings. The display looks really clean. I hooked it up to my Xbox and was very impressed with the quality. It DOES NOT have built in speakers. The stand is really easy to set up. No screw driver even needed. It comes with a VGA adapter but NOT a HDMI cord. Overall for the price I'm very impressed with the HP product.

Basic, straightforward monitor. No camera or speakers. Bare minimum ports. But exactly what my 86 yo Dad wanted (& that's not easy to find). To be honest, I like it so well that I've even thought about getting one or two for myself. Nice picture! Nice size. Super thin & light weight. Good looking. I also caught it on super sale, which made it even better. If simple is what you're looking for in a monitor, this one is simply perfect.

I have been looking for a light weighted monitor to expand my laptop view, and I believe I got the perfect one. I love how thin and small the monitor is, yet has the high resolution. The buttons are straight forward to navigate through settings. The display looks really clean.

I got this to use as a second monitor, since I make gaming videos, and it has been really great! Setting it up was super quick and easy. After tweaking the brightness, contrast etc, I've managed to get it looking almost identical to how my MacBook looks (which I use for editing pictures and videos), so now I have the option of editing on the pc as well! I was lucky enough to get it on sale for around $50, so it was definitely worth it!

I have several 1080p monitors and they all weight a ton. I was pleasantly surprised at how light this monitor was. Plus the colors are great and picture quality are great!

This monitor is pretty great for the size. The value was great (purchased on Cyber Monday) and was shipped in 2-3 days free! Easy quick set up and the resolution for this monitor is really nice for what I paid for. The monitor comes with a VGA cable but not an HDMI cable (has both available for connection). Overall, this is probably an overly nice second monitor that I have to use for work.

I got this screen quite cheap. Overall, it does what it promises. Couple of times I had to restart the system after screen wouldn’t come alive after long period of inactivity. Profile is slim and looks good.

At the time of the purchase, this monitor was on sale; $75 or so. For a monitor like this, originally $120 or so, at this sale price, how could I not buy it? Especially considering its thin, pretty lightweight as opposed to other monitors I've dealt with in the past. If you want a nice monitor that's just as nicer to your wallet, go for it.

It is sharp and clear. Lightweight and thin. I really like it. And very cheap as well.

This monitor does the job and does it well. It's not as crisp or clear as my MBP's retina display, but for the price it gets fairly close. It's light weight, simple to use and doesn't have a huge foot print. I actually own two of these; one at home and one I take with me when I travel. It's a great addition to anyone looking to get an external monitor.

This monitor is pretty good. The screen looks good when its on, and it has a really sleek design. It's really nice how little space it takes up on the desk because its so thin.

Pleasantly surprised with this monitor. When I took it out of the box, I was amazed how thin and stylish it was. Usually monitors in the price range sacrifice style for function, but not in this case. It has great image also with a variety of settings to fine tune the image to you liking. I just used one of the preset settings and it has be great for me. Only downside is the limited output connectors (only HDMI and VGA) and there are no VESA mounts.

Bought this due to the Cyber Monday deal because I wanted to get a more portable monitor for certain occasions. My main concern was the 14ms response time, thought this might impact gaming experience to a large degree. Turns out it's actually not bad at all (tested Diablo III, CS:GO and WoW). Yes I can slightly tell the response is a little higher, but it's good enough for me. No major ghosting and honestly it's pretty hard to find any major issues. This is not my main gaming monitor which allows me to not be overly critical... if you're on a strict budget I think it's fine. I think you could definitely tell that all around it's a budget monitor, but honestly it's great for the price if you get it for under $100.

Got this monitor for $60 and it is totally worth it. Picture quality is clear and monitor is thin and light and easy to move around.

I purchased this because I needed an affordable monitor for work. I was comparing it to some of the cheapest Acer/Asus monitors. Obviously I ended up going with this one, and I'm really glad I did. I'd consider myself really selective when it comes to display quality... I do photo/video editing as a hobby at home, and I know the difference between a good and a bad display. Because it was for work though, I just wanted something cheap that would get the job done - wasn't super concerned with picture quality or design. Based on the reviews I read for this guy, I figured it would at least be a step up from the mediocre monitors a lot of my coworkers use, and that turned out to be true (and I spent about the same amount!) First off, this is a really good looking monitor design wise. I would call it minimalistic, which I like. Would fit right in next to a MacBook Pro. The lack of protruding bezel, along with the silver accents, makes this guy stand out - looks much more expensive than it is. It's crazy thin but still seems pretty sturdy. Have gotten a few compliments from coworkers already (how often do you hear someone complimenting someone else's monitor? not common in my office...) When it comes to picture quality, like I was saying, I wasn't expecting this to compete with higher end displays by any means, but it still beat my expectations. The colors and crispness might not be sufficient for someone trying to do serious photo/video work, but it still makes everything look pretty darn good. 1080p videos look great, text is readable, and the settings are very customizable. I honestly could see myself being pretty satisfied using it for entertainment or creative work at home, so I'm almost bummed that it has to live in my office. Bottom line - this thing is what it is (a cheap monitor made to get the job done), but it outperforms its price and looks as good as more expensive models.

This monitor is very impressive. I had been using a square screen and didn't realize what I was missing now that I have a widescreen. The picture quality is great and colors look true. Easy to put together and hook up to computer. Packaging was great. The box was so light I wondered if they forgot to pack the monitor! Screen is incredibly thin. Shipping was fast. Price was fantastic, even Amazon couldn't touch it. Overall great experience with Best Buy and HP product.
