i dont have a cell so ordering online and driving to pick up is great. first time i went to pick up something from best buys i had no problem. i gave my name and a nice guy gave me the order i placed online. the second time the guy gave me a hard time for not having a cellphone with a pick up number or something. he gave me a bit of an attitude. he then snapped out of whatever he was giving me, got my name and gave me my order. i honestly think he was having a power trip cus i did not have a cellphone. otherwise id give you guys a 5 star.

This will be the last HP ink refill I buy because I will be dumping my HP printer once it's done. The ink is fine, the printer is fine, but HP (for obvious reasons), forces you to replace color cartridges even when you only need to print B&W. 99.9% of my printing is B&W, yet somehow, I manage to use up the color cartridges just as fast as the Black ink. Shouldn't be a particularly big issue... except... when any one of the color cartridges run out, the printer becomes non-functional until you replace the color - even though you may have a brand-new Black ink cartridge installed, and only need to print black text. Super frustrating! Frustrating enough that I would NOT recommend HP printers to anyone!

If you have a printer that uses HP 933 ink and you print very little color then this is perfect. I have school age children who have tons of reports and projects that require printing so I do not recommend buying this 3 pack. I would recommend buying the individual XL cartridges (ie. 933XL Cyan). They more than twice as long and they are less than double the price.

The product is easy to use but is depleted to quickly. I have spent 20 times more money in ink than the printer itself. Other then the obscene cost for ink ... it works fine.

The ink cartridges do not last very long. I don’t use the printer very much but the ink cartridges just don’t last like they used to.

These are good ink quality but they are defected if not being used for 4 months. I assume the ink dries out quickly

The ink cartridges do not last very long. Don't know if it's the printer that sucks it up, The quality of the ink is good.

Well, it's not like you are going to be able to print a whole lot. The quality is questionable. The price has increased significantly since I first purchased the printer. Example: It seems like if you run out of blue ink, because you have done a print job with a lot of blue, you will run out of another color, say hello, almost instantly even though you never used any of yellow. Crazy.

The Ink Cartridges Are A Little Over Priced For These Tiny Cartridges. Coupons And Best Buy Points Make It More Reasonable, It Just Sucks That They Don't Offer The Colored Cartridges In XL But They Do In Black.Try Not To Buy A Printer That Requires This Ink Cartridge Number And The Manufacturer Does Not Fill Them Full Like When You Buy A Bag Of Chips And 30 Percent Is Air Same Concept.

The cartridges work great but the cost is much to high.

I have an hp printer so I use hp ink. I don't print from my printer very often maybe 2-8 pages three times within six months. Within the 6 months I get a message on my printer that the ink is low or you must replace ink to continue to print. I don't know if hp ink evaporates or what but from my experience I would not buy an hp printer or ink again.

Ink disappeared literally into the air, I only use b/w ink but if you do not buy the color ink printer does not function. To make a long story short I never use the color ink, the one time i did need it, printed only a few pages and the printer message said that i needed to replace the ink. This was all in months time

From what I understand, if I used my printer several times daily the ink cartridges would last longer. Sometimes I print, sometimes I don't. When I don't for a few weeks, the cartridges 'dry?' and I have to buy more. It's a good thing I charge the purchase to work.

I was excited to refill my ink. Unfortunately the cyan refill refuses to put out any ink. I can't print anything with red, orange, or pink in it. Super disappointed. I cleaned my inkheads so many times I lost count.

The ink doesn't last long at all. Even when you don't print anything Also truly disappointed in the printer itself. It uses the colored ink for black printing as well as the black ink. Ridiculous. Ink is too expensive as well.

It seams that when one of the colors runs out they all run out. I think that the color cartridges should be larger so they last longer. They are very costly! Plus Best Buy has eliminated the percent off ink to Best Buy members!

The cartridges that i was looking for was not in the store after two visits, I had to order them. Not to mention, I drove 30 minutes to the store one way...

I had to replace cartridges in the shortest period of time I have ever experienced. I had to replace the three color cartridges even though most of printing is in black and white.

I can't figure out how the colored ink becomes empty, since I print in grayscale at all times. The annoying thing is, if just one of the cartridges is empty, the printer won't work at all. Bummer!!

Barely use color ink and they always need to be changed. Can't print until new ones are put in
