I purchased this device after the CPU that I built 7 years finally died. This is a great refurb with i7 processor, 16 GB memory installed, 2 TB HDD, Windows 10 Pro and 1 year warranty to boot. I have had no problems with this unit. Its a great buy for the money!

Moving from a 1st generate quad machine to a 4th generation has given me more than I need at an affordable price . This is my second refurbished purchase in the last 5 years, and this is my preferred way to meet my needs as the technology changes rapidly.

Finally updated my computer. Never seconded guessed about getting a refurbished machine, this one has a lot of power and I'm excited to be able to use more than one program at a time. It's much better than my 8 year computer. It's working out great.

Never bought a refurb/pre-owned pc before. Never owned a pc with the specs this one came with. I've had just about two years now and couldn't be happier. Best Buy is my favorite store, so when they have something that I like, I get it. I did add an SSD as a boot drive and use the 2TB drive and data. This thing screams speed and multitasking for my needs is more than enough. Wish I had a need for another, I'd get it just because....

The unit arrived with a bad hard drive and needed a new one. Joy systems sent one out quickly. I needed to talk to customer service twice, both times they were spot on. I freaked out started regretting getting a refurbished computer, but it all turned out fine. Saved a bunch of money on a pretty high quality computer.

This desktop computer has all the bells & whistles and should be very fast. The only program on it is Microsoft Office Pro. It has Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 2TB Hard Drive and is very slow to access information.

Excellent price and a great working computer. So far. Exceptionally fast and with a great amount of storage. Very Happy....

So far so good. Needed a new computer out of desperation and thought this was a good deal. I'm not a tech. type person. But was advised that this would be a good computer for the price. Will soon load pictures and videos and hope to keep this one for a long time!

I liked this computer much had few yrs. Than needed repair . good thing I had bb coverage, Came back not able to fix because of cost instead gave me what I paid for it. Over all happy

This is the first time I have bought a pre-owned computer. So far everything has been good. Still learning everything I can do with this computer.

the computer is great and has everything i want. Except i hate windows 10 and having to pay for subscriptions for everything i use.

Other than being a little noisy, the computer is excellent.

Had an i3 for many and would get frustrated with how slow it responded.

This was to be used in excellent condition. When it came it was refurbished. I did not order a refurbished item. When I returned it I got no help on getting the item that I was supposed to have. Very disappointed.

I bought two rebuilt PC's from Joy Systems in the last month, this HP and a Dell Optiplex. Both were built to the same specs and super easy to setup and activate. I had to download a lot of programs we use on a daily basis and both PC's did it in no time which makes me more productive. My employees are thrilled. Thanks!
