A: 1355U - which is what Best Buy said this laptop had. However, that was actually a lie and it has a 1260P processor, which is an older model. Unfortunately, Best Buy has been incredibly unhelpful regarding this issue and has refused to accept any responsibility for making this mistake.
A: Thank you for the question. The 15-es2508dx has two fans - one for the GPU and one for the CPU. You can control the fans to some extent in the HP Command Center.
