A: Thanks for your question and sorry for the confusion! This HP Envy x360 laptop has two memory slots. Currently there are two 4GB Ram sticks installed. This laptop can be upgraded to 16GB of RAM.

A: Hi Joshua. I did not find a Service Guide for this newer model. I have escalated the request to HP. Thanks for your interest in this model. I know from my training that this model comes with "up to 16 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM".
A: So the HP answer is partially correct. You can do a dual or triple monitor setup with this laptop. Just be careful what kind of docking station you buy. The AMD version of this laptop does not support Thunderbolt, the Intel version does. Either laptop will support DisplayLink or Alt Mode docks. Only the Intel supports Thunderbolt docks.
