I have to admit when I heard the words “refurbished” I was nervous but this is computer is GREAT!! It’s fast, powers up quickly and doesn’t take too long browsing the web either. Sometimes I forget that it’s a refurbished computer as it operates just like a bran-new one. I would recommend this computer for anyone who’s on a tight budget.

I already knew the i7 processor was good since that's what I had in my previous PC. However, the 16gb of ram really helps drive the speed over the top. Fastest computer I've ever had with regard to boot time and just overall speed. I was worried about it being refurbished, but for the price - and because all of the reviews were excellent - I went for it. I've only had it for a little over a week, but I'm very impressed. I build websites for a living and require a workhorse PC in order to have many applications open at once, all resource hogs. Great computer. Easily the best PC I've ever purchased, and I've purchased many over the years.

Wow sort of surprised to be honest! i did not expect this system to be that quick. I have had this all in one for almost year that was a complete dud! and i decided that i would get this one so that i could start taking back the other, under warranty, due to all of the issues with it. this system is like lightning speed and a fraction of what i paid for a nice all in one hp with touch screen. i love the small case, the windows pro. I had to buy bluetooth and wifi adapter, but all you have to do is plug them in!!! kid you not! you then have wi-fi and blue tooth, so don't let hold you back. I am buying two more for my office for sure!!!

Super fast at a great price. I opted to get an external hard drive so I can use that for primary storage, even though there's enough here for a lot, but the last thing I want to do is hurt the performance of the machine. I will say that when I first got it, there were a few different things I had to do to get it to start up and run correctly, but Google is your best friend, and I was able to find all the different resources I needed to get it up and running. Admittedly, I initially wondered if I made a bad decision, but once it was set up, it ran like a champ. No regrets on this purchase.

This PC is working great for my office needs. I don't use it for gaming, but, do watch the occasional streamed movie or TV show, and the machine is fine. I had to upgrade the hard drive for my office needs, but, the speed and reliability of the CPU is excellent. I like that it has a DVD drive, I have lots of disks and like to have that functionality available. All around, I'm really happy with the machine as a whole. One note, we had to find the DVD player when I first bought it, it was hidden behind a panel on the front that had to be removed, this is just good to know, not a major issue.

This computer is 9 years old.. when you talk about “refurbish” usually that means a couple years old still capable of upgrades.. not in this case. 9 years!!? Cmon bestbuy this is horrible customer service! I buy all my stuff from you guys and I still plan on getting a better computer but this is horrible! 9 years, I wouldn’t give you 50$ for a 9 year old computer let alone 300$!!

Works great! Refurbished saves money and space in landfills!!

More than meets my needs, stable platform, plenty of RAM & storage for me.

I am very happy with this unit.Novices beware,It does not come with any instructions.Have your ducks in a row before you switch everything over from your old unit.I made several trips the the store for propper cords,etc.

Seems to be a really good computer. I never have trouble with HP's. However, I didn't realize that it doesn't have built-in wifi (that surprised me) and I thought that was pretty much common in all PC's in this day and time. I guess I should have read the description better.

Purchased a refurbished desktop for a museum. Arrived on time and with mouse, keyboard, cords, and a starter kit. Have not yet set-up.

Great desktop! Great Price! This HP desktop is all it is advertised to be. Fast, SSD (512GB) plenty of RAM (16GB)

IT'S MORE COMPUTER THAN I NEED, MORE THAN I HAVE EVER HAD

This pc is well equipped to do the job. great processor , more than enough RAM and a solid state drive!!!

Once I decided on this computer everything went smoothly. They said it would be about 10 days before it arrived but it only took 6 days. This was the easiest setup I ever had for a computer. It runs very fast and takes about 10-20 seconds to boot up. I am very please with this purchase. The price was quite good also. The only thing I am disappointed about is the fact it only has a VGA port for the graphics card.

More than impressed with this PC. It fires up super quick and runs the programs I need it to with no delay. Its super quiet as well. I only use it for Microsoft office related programs and to run a small gaming emulator and it does the job no problem.

Booting.... Ready! Yes it's that fast! I needed to upgrade my old windows seven computer and this was a great choice for the price and it is fast and so far has been working great!

I'd recommend this system to anyone. Can't beat the price.
