Amazing!! Finally a thermal printer that prijts dsrk bold labels tjat are possible to scan. Ive been through 8 of thermal label prijters in the past few months. They all gave super faded labels thst UPS and USPS couldnt even scan most of the time. This product is a godsend. Ill have to try more hp products going forward!!

Doesn't work, just pulls the labels through and doesn't print properly. I have done troubleshooting and talked with the company, and they said it needs to be replaced but between them NEVER RESPONDING, failing to receive emails properly (the relay system doesn't work on their end), and them being closed for holidays all the time, I have been waiting WEEKS with no responses from them. Absolutely junk company, junk printer, not worth it. The only things it did manage to print were bad quality, too.

We couldn’t be happier with the performance of this printer. We have been using it for several weeks with no issues. It was easy to set up and quickly prints clear labels.
