Out of the box, our unit will not stay on when unplugged even though the app says it's fully charged, the paper feeder motor jammed with the cleaning sheet and the unit turned off. Spent 2 hours in contact with HP troubleshooting and received the advice to "use some tweezers or a very thin tool" to get the paper out. I'm in contact with best by to figure out a return, but I bought it a month ago for christmas and it might be too late to return. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. IT'S AWFUL!
