This replacement filter set includes an inner HEPA cartridge and an outer pre-filter compatible with Love-less Ash A1200 Lynx Ash Vac Vacuum / Replaces A1209. The HEPA cartridge captures the finest ash particles to help prevent dust from circulating back into the air, while the outer layer is designed to trap fine dust and ash and capture 99% of ash to greatly extend HEPA life and help protect the vacuum motor. Ideal for collecting fine ash from fireplaces, BBQ grills, fire pits, pellet stoves, pizza ovens, and construction cleanup, it is intended for cool to warm fine ash. Clean the HEPA cartridge using forced air (not water) and clean or replace the pre-filter as needed; replace filters when suction decreases, if the HEPA cartridge is damaged, or if repeated cleaning no longer improves performance. Warm ash is different from glowing hot embers: red hot embers can char the outer pre-filter and reduce performance, while small sparks typically burn out quickly; replace the outer pre-filter if it becomes charred or develops a hole, and consider changing filters at least once per season according to your vacuum manual.
