The True HEPA filters help remove up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 micron, supporting reduction of dust, pollen, and other fine particulates. The activated carbon pre-filters help trap odors and chemicals from cooking, pets, and smoke while also capturing larger debris to help extend HEPA filter life. For optimal performance, replace the HEPA filter about every 12 months and the pre-filter every 6 months, depending on use and air quality.
