Easy to assemble. All hardware included. and marked. No need for a 100 x 100 adapter. Easy adjustment for monitors.

Unfortunately, the mount's connector plates were not compatible with one of my monitors, so I had to return the product. I think it's more of an issue with my monitor to be honest, but that also means this is not universally compatible. I hope this works for other people, seemed to have really good quality build.

Sturdy, durable, and easy to set up. Would recommend using on a sturdier desk than I owned.
