A: Hello Deb, The Nursery Pal Glow is a different and not compatible model from the Nursery Pal Link Premium. However, to help you with this, I suggest you hard reset your camera. If there is any video or snapshot you want to save, I suggest you do that before resetting the camera: • First delete the camera from the camera list. (iOS: Tap on the gear icon of the camera you want to remove and then tap ‘Remove Camera’. Android: Tap on the gear icon of the camera you want to remove and then tap on the bin icon at the top right corner.) • Switch off the camera by unplugging the power supply from the electrical socket. • Press and hold the PAIR button, then plug the powers supply back into the electrical socket. • Release the PAIR button when you hear a confirmation beep and wait for the Camera Unit to complete an internal reset procedure. A: Hello Norma, Wireless technology refers to an FHSS technology that the monitor and camera use to work together. But, both units work plugged in, and the monitor can work unplugged for about 3 hours.
