When you have a smaller place and this will help with the lack of space you have. Glad I bought it. It holds the Hydro rower in upright position secure. Easy for me to drop rower down when I want to use it and just store back up when not in use.

I don't have space in my house to leave the Hydrow out all the time. I installed this into a stud near the corner of my room, and I can easily wheel the Hydrow out of that corner, around my couch, and turn it 90 degrees onto my floor mat looking out a large window. It takes less than a minute to move and I move it slowly. The machine is heavy, but I don't have any issues moving it and I'm not particularly strong.

Havent used this and its still new in box. Honestly rowers pretty stable in upright position. Unless you have someone tugging in it. It shouldnt need this.
