Great "docking" addition for my laptop. I can now hook up to the network, 4k tv, usb keyboard/mouse, and additional usb devices. Just this device and the power supply and I'm connected.

I've had other big brands that dont match up to this one at all. Every dock I've owned has been faulty or just something wrong with it . I have it hooked up with my legion go and I've had no issues with this one. It has all the ports i need and then some and a smooth connection with no lag.

The Hyper HyperDrive Next 10, Port USB, C Hub in Midnight Blue has been a game‑changer for my laptop setup, giving me all the ports I need in one sleek, travel‑friendly package. It expands a single USB‑C port into 10 useful connections, including 4K HDMI for external displays, Ethernet for stable wired internet, multiple USB‑C and USB‑A ports for accessories, and microSD/SD card slots for fast file transfers all at once, which makes working or creating so much easier. Setup was plug, and play with no driver installs required, and my MacBook and PC both recognized everything instantly. The 4K HDMI output delivers crisp, clear video on my external monitor or TV without any issues, and the Ethernet connection gives rock‑solid internet when I need more reliable speeds than Wi‑Fi. The USB‑C and USB‑A ports have powered hard drives, keyboards, mice, and other devices seamlessly, and the memory card slots make offloading photos quick and simple. Despite packing in so much functionality, the hub stays compact and light, making it perfect to throw in a bag for travel or keep on my desk without taking up a lot of space. The Midnight Blue finish looks great with my laptop, and everything feels solid and well made. Overall this hub delivers outstanding versatility, dependable performance, and excellent value, whether you’re a student, professional, creator, or just need more connectivity in your life. I’d highly recommend it!

Cable is not removal-able. A photo shows a female USB-C connector on the end opposite the Ethernet connector. The cable is not removable.

This HyperDrive Next 10 Port USB-C Hub has been a real asset for my mobile workflow, connecting seamlessly to my MacBook during trips and office switches. Right away, I appreciated the Ethernet port for reliable wired connections in spots with spotty Wi-Fi, and the 4K HDMI output delivers sharp visuals on external displays without any flicker. The two USB-C and two USB-A ports handle charging my phone and transferring data from drives simultaneously, while the microSD/SD slots make it simple to offload photos from my camera. It looks sleek and professional, and the compact size means it slips into my backpack effortlessly. No issues with compatibility on PC either, it powers through without slowing down. For under $100, it packs more functionality than simpler docks I've owned, making it a smart pick for expanding ports without bulk. Best Buy nailed it with this travel-friendly option!

Works a delight and handles a full load on every port with ease. Speed is reliable and fast enough for a port this price. If you are looking for faster speeds or more USB-C ports, you'll have to get something higher end. But this bats well above its average for the price.

It's great. Significantly better than the two other USB Hubs I tried. It works well with my laptop running Kubuntu Noble (24.04) Linux. The HDMI is 4K @ 60Hz whereas most other USB hubs seem to be 4K @ 30 Hz. The case is aluminum with a dark blue color that I like. The case is a bit bulky, but it has a longer cord than the others I tried which it easier to place on my desk. It has the following ports: * HDMI 4K at 60 HZ * Ethernet at 1 Gbps * SD slot rated at 312 MB/s (not Mb/s) * 3.5 mm Audio microphone/headphone jfack * microSD slot rated at 312 MB/s (not Mb/s) * 2 x USB-A, 1 at 5 Gbps and 1 at 10 Gbps * 2x USB-C both rated at 10 Gbps * 1 x USB-C Power Delivery input port PD 3.1 at 140 Watt I haven't measure the speed of any of the ports, but the ethernet, HDMI, and USB ports work for me. The USB-C ports are definitely fast for data transfers. It even comes with a useful manual! I t gets a warm even without using the power delivery port. Other folks say it gets hot; maybe I need to run 100 Watt through it for that to happen. If you need ethernet and HDMI then I think this is the one to choose. Even if you don't need ethernet, I'd recommend it for the four high speed USB ports it has. I'm quite happy with it. For some reason I couldn't find it on the shelf at the Best Buy store, but I ordered it online and picked it up at the store on the same day.

It was every bit of what i expected. As a producer, i have a lot of things needing to be plugged in to my computer, and this fixes my problems entirely. The only complaint i have it that it gets hot. Really hot. Not hot enough to melt your cables or anything, but uncomfortable to touch.

So, I needed something I could physically attach to the bottom of my Mac Book Pro, to be able to connect peripherals on the go. it needed to be just the right size, and this fit the bill. In my testing I had multiple USB devices connected with power delivery, no problems...I have yet to connect a monitor, but have no doubt that that would also be fine. This device came in handy by using a 90 degree usb C adapter to plug it into my laptop. It amazes me that there is no shell or case for a MacBook Pro that includes this extra connectivity.

This Hyper-Drive was a game-changer. My wife has all kinds of peripherals to connect to her Apple laptop, and this thing made it easy to do just that. It has plenty of ports and is a breeze to connect.

I’ve been using this HyperDrive for a while now, and honestly, it’s just okay. It definitely solves the problem of not having enough ports, and the midnight blue color looks great on my desk. Having the SD card slots and Ethernet all in one spot is super convenient when it’s actually working right. The reason I'm only giving it three stars is that it's been a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the data transfer speeds feel way slower than they should be, and every once in a while, it just stops recognizing my external drive or the HDMI signal entirely. Usually, unplugging it and plugging it back in a couple of times fixes the issue, but it’s definitely annoying when you’re in the middle of working. It also gets pretty hot if you’re using more than a couple of ports at once. It’s a decent hub for the most part, but for the price, I was hoping for something a bit more stable that I didn't have to "babysit" as much. It works, but you might have to deal with some occasional reconnecting to keep everything running.

This has everything you could ask for. It has headphone jack, HDMI, USB-C, memory card reader, network cable port, and USB. It's amazing how much it can do through one USB-C cable. On occassion I my monitor does glitch as mentioned in a few other reviews.

Took a while to get properly set up, but this was due to the display instructions totally omitting one absolutely vital step. Compact, lots of ports, works fine.
