Great USB-C hub. I was using an Apple USB dongle for an iPad but it did not provide enough power to be reliable. This hub connects to two USB-c ports on the left side of my M2 MacBook and works reliably. The only reason I take a star off because the housing holding the two usb-c connectors could be slimmer. I have to remove my protector case for my MacBook to use this hub.

So... the first one I owned lasted a week before one of the HDMI ports stopped working . I’m on my second one now and so far so good. I generally use all the ports at the same time and it works fine, it does get a little hot.. Just remember to unplug it after using it or you’ll have issues when you wake your computer up. (for some reason my connected hard drives hang)

The Hyper Viper 10-in-2 hub did not work the first time I plugged it in to my new M1 MacBook Air with Big Sur iOS. Or, at least, I THOUGHT I had plugged it in. In reading other discussion boards, I learned that Apple has physically tightened their USB-C jacks to make it harder for device cables to disconnect accidentally. Sure enough, I noticed a small gap between the twin USB-C plug and the side of the Air. I gave the plug a more forceful push... there was a click... and everything plugged into the hub started working. The plug needs to sit flush against the side of the computer, as in the attached photo. 5 stars. Excellent product!

Works fine and it’s compatible with my MacBook. Easy to connect.

I wanted to redo my home office setup but I needed to connect two external monitors to my MacBook. This was exactly what I needed. It does get hot, so I need to find a way to keep it from overheating.

A great and useful dock for your MacBook air. Bought one on Amazon and returned it for this one instead. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

I always have trouble telling which usbc goes where and the laptop has trouble with realizing an hdmi is connected through it. I wish both hdmis could be used as outputs. I would probably get a different one.

If you have multiple screens, audio, external hard drives etc, this is perfect!

As I bought a new monitor, Logitech web camera, a head set, I needed a née connector with both hdmi and USB port as old one has less number of ports .Since this has three usb, two HDMI port it’s perfect for connecting all my accessories at once. I have really liked it so far as it’s been only week.

Works fair...seems to have intermittent issues with charging my computer so I hook the power direct. Would not recommend.

Came apart second time i used it. Looks like the glue they use to attach the aluminum to the plastic is not durable

This dock works great. The biggest down side for me is the power connection being on the front! Of all ports to put on the front... why.... just... why. It makes it impossible to really mount or make your desk look nice.

Good hub, you may need to tweek the wiring for some setups depending on what you have. And the price can be better. I did have some issues connecting my HDMI monitor cable to it as the hub connected to the macbook pro 2020. I did find that the 4k monitor had issues connecting back to the laptop , and when it did the resolution needed to be reset. After countless times these behaviors, i decided to run a direct HDMI cable directly to one of my ports on my macbook pro 2020 and the other port for the hub. i currently am not using both connectors, Although the hub wire connecters look like they are one piece you can actually use them separately. Overall works for what it was designed to do , i have other USB devices attached , portable hard drive , mouse, KB etc no issues.

This has served my purpose perfectly. It allows me to keep everything at my desk hooked up to the dock and just plug in the two USB-C ports to turn it all up, including both of my monitors, external hard drive and sound system. Only real drawback is that with the newest 2021 MacBook Pro, I have an odd issue where my wifi has serious issues whenever an HDMI is plugged into the dock and dock plugged into my new MacBook Pro. It could be a single item issue, so I will exchange it tomorrow and test. I suspect it's a driver issue of some kind. I wish that I could plug my power adaptor (I leave one at my desk) into the dock so I didn't need to ALSO plug that into the Mac at my desk, but it don't provide enough throughput power. The power adapter needs to be plugged directly into the Mac and everything else plugged into the dock.

This hub is great. I am a DJ and switched from an HP laptop with 3 USB ports to the MAC that has none. I ordered this at the same time I ordered my laptop. When it arrived I plugged it in and it worked perfectly. The only downside for me would be the length of the connection cord. I use my laptop on a stand and the cord is not long enough to allow the hub to rest on the table. It hangs down a little and I am concerned that over time this may cause an issue. Just guessing though as I have not had any issues so far. I would still recommend this product.

This hub costs less than many and works well with my 15” MacBook Air. It does get quite warm when in use but hasn’t damaged either my computer or my desk. It takes a hard push to connect the hub to a USB C port on my computer, but I can connect it, and I assume it will be easier to connect the longer I use the hub. I have a small roll-top desk, and the hub cables are just long enough for me to turn the hub sideways beside my computer or move the hub behind my computer to attach whatever device(s) I need to connect.

Fast and easy to use. Multifunctional. Only downside is taking care of the cable wear and tear if you travel with it a lot.

Item works just as stated. Definitely need this for the macbook air since Apple won't accommodate us buyers. A shame to have to spend more money for this, but guess it comes with the territory if you want a macbook air.
