Best weight vest on the market.
I've owned HyperWear vests for several years now, and are always my go to for workouts. The TL;DR is they are the best fitting vests that don't bounce around, don't constrict your breathing or rang of motion. The vests (depending on size) all come preloaded with about 10lb of weight and can go from 18-22lb if you buy the additional weight wafers. I HIGHLY recommend NOT maxing the vest out. You need to get used to any kind of workouts/running with the 10lbs first otherwise you can blow out your joints pretty easily. I'll use this vest in a gym, at home or on a obstacle course for training. I have no issues with any movements or obstacles caused by this vest, which is something I can't say about literally any other vest I've tried on the market (and I've tried quite a few). If you buy this vest here's my recommendation if you are wanting to integrate it into something you use on every workout. Extend the time longer if your body doesn't like to progress this quickly. Use it on 1 running session and 1 bodyweight session per week at about 70% your normal workout. Do this for three weeks. Bump up to two sessions for three more weeks. Three days a week for five weeks. Four days a week for five weeks. Then you can do five days a week. The most important thing to learn, is how to wash this thing. It's a real PITA to remove the weights and put them back to machine wash. Just bring it into the shower with you and use a soft loofah with body wash inside and out, rinse well and hang dry. I'll roll mine in a spare bath towel to get the excess water out and then hang it in front of a box fan to dry quicker.
