Amazing prebuilt PC for a great price. Runs any game I’ve tried extremely well, even games that typically require i7. I upgraded to more ram and it’s perfect. Would definitely buy another prebuilt from them. I’ve had it 2 years and it still works good as new.

I’ve had for almost a month now and it is so sweet. Runs Warzone other fps games on high quality. I think it looks really cool as is without all the lights turned on…easy to reconfigure tower lights and keyboard / mouse lighting. Came with an XPG gammix d10 8gb ddr4 ram I would recommend getting another stick atleast of 8gb. If you play a lot of games like me, 500gb SSD isn’t a whole lot so I would also get another one. Probably my next upgrade to this pc. Mouse and keyboard are really nice. The mouse is big and wide enough for an average adult and the keyboard has great response.

First want to say Best Buy was awesome, got my order ready a full day in advance. Also had great pricing. As far as the PC I was recommended this as a good option as an entry level PC with plenty of upgrade you can make over time. I increased the ram right out of the gate with the advice from a friend. The PC has been awesome so far. This isn't the most high end but definitely has great performance with most games with the proper settings. Overall everything has been snappy with nice RGB customization and have had no problems from the second I plugged it in. Would for sure recommend for new PC gamers or anyone wanting something entry level. That being said going to iBuyPower's website that have something for everyone with much higher end as well as even lower end that this if you're just looking for something snappy and efficient.

First one failed. The sad showed up as a removable drive. Barely got Windows to load. Returned it for a replacement of the same model. That one has worked great so far. No problems. Haven't loaded any games. Using this as a server instead of a gaming computer. The second one did have Nvidia drivers installed instead of the AMD drivers. Had to uninstall Nvidia and install the AMD drivers.

Despite being only Intel-I5, this computer got some speed and performance. Bluebeam software works great on it. First one from the box was not booting. Got it swapped it out at Best buy for another one. And the 2nd one Rocks!

I’m on day two and I’ve been running as many programs at possible and I have experienced a problem yet. This is a great starter PC with room for upgrades. I should have bought sooner

This tower is replacing a nine year old Lenovo. I thought "gaming" computers were for gaming only. I do video editing and the Best Buy associate suggested I look at this unit. I had it upgraded with an extra 1 TB SSD hard drive and we are off and running. Needless to say this is super-fast.

Crazy easy to install took me 5 min to set up. Once it powered on only thing i had to do was install mu games and enjoy.

My husband and I were looking for something easy to install for our 13year old for xmas. We had no idea how to put one together and this was a great choice. The computer works fine, set up was easy enough. It has been a while now and my son has had no problems with it. I recommend.

1 month of use and it’s been the best fort timer PC for anyone who are just getting into OC Gaming!

I bought an iBUYPOWER prebuilt gaming PC from Best Buy and it has worked like a charm! I've made a few updates to the machine (RAM, storage, sleeved cables, etc.) but this machine started as the base for my very first venture into PC gaming and PC building. I love it!

Bought this for my kids 1st gaming PC for Christmas 2021!!!! They absolutely love this system. I would definitely recommend this for beginning gamers

Bought this brand new from BB. Opened the box before Christmas to set up and install games for kids and thank god I did! Straight out of the box I got a dead video card (fans don't work and no display) and motherboard. Stay away from this brand. I spent all day trying to troubleshoot after it wouldn't display anything, but the lights and fans would turn on. AWFUL! I am so glad I caught this before my kids opened this dud for Christmas. I'm livid that it didn't even work but would have been even more irate if I waited until Xmas morning and found out. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I bought 3 of these pcs. Two are working fine for now (for 3 days of using it). However, the other one completely failed on the second day of using it. I’m not too sure what happened, but while playing minecraft the entire pc froze and shut down, which led to many different complications. The first one was that the screen was very zoomed in and stretched. The second problem was after restarting it the start up screen was replaced with bright neon colors. It also lost audio completely which is very weird. Luckily I returned it and got a different pc from best buy. I give it two stars since the other two pcs are acting fine.

Had it out of the box for 2 hours before lines started appearing down the monitor. Verified it wasn’t the monitor itself; such a disappointment for my sons Christmas present, especially considering the price.

Worked fine for a couple of days, then the screen would start to glitch out and freeze every time I played any kind of video game, even Roblox, for longer than 20 minutes. Progressively got worse to the point where the entire system would crash. Tried for days to fix the issue until I finally returned it.

Please do not purchase this product nothing against Best Buy but the gpu did not work fresh out of the box I tried everything and still couldn’t fix it. Ibuypowers support team is horrible as well called over the span of 3 days at different times and each time I was put on hold for over 90 minutes. Go safe buy more pricier and get a good product
