A: The Windows version operates off of the Windows Operating system. Currently Windows 10. The option with Nougat is operating on the Android operating system. The most current version is Oreo, but Nougat is only one version behind and updates to the most recent version on your device. Ultimately, your choice would need to be based on which software ecosystem you are familiar with.
A: You get what you pay for. Apps stop responding constantly. Screen freezes. Unbelievably slow. Mine does exactly what yours does. Piece of cr*p.
