Have to unplug/reconnect all the time. Make sure it is actually charging before walking away!!

Does not work very well with my Apple 15 max pro. It is hard to get it just right to make connection. When I can get it to it is very slow charging. It does however work well at charging my son's Note 20. The back camera is the problem with the apple fitting properly

Sometime overheat and error out and don't charge, annoying. , LED hard to see, block by phone.

I was told,when I bought it that the charger would work through The cover. It did at first when trying certain movements on the pad. After a minute or two it would disconnect showing no charge. Tried several hours to get a continuous charge with no Positive charging. I did return with no problems with Best Buy. I feel that if the cover was off, it would work.

This was a huge disappointment. It is very weak and charges slowly. You have to take off any phone cover no matter how thin. Definitely kicking myself for not taking it back in time. Buy a name brand charger.

This device usually charges my phone when place on it. Sometimes, Inhsve to try 3-4 times to find the sweet spot but once I do, it does a good job charging .

This items works well as a charger, however, it does not work consistently with phone cases that are supposed to allow wireless charging.

Used this for a LG dual screen phone, charges decently fast. its a little bit wider for bigger phones. overall this was a good buy

Pretty average device it does the job if you need something pretty desperately, but shouldnt be your top choice?

great because you dont have the cord to worry about, but only downfall is it has to be set on there just right or it will not charge

The product is pretty good you have to place the phone exactly where it needs to be to charge but it works well

Whether or not this works depends on if you own a cat. I put it on my bedside table and put my phone on it at night. If my cat leaves it alone, it works perfectly and my phone charges while I dream and is at 100% in the morning. If my cat is being a cat, he knocks the phone off while I am sleeping, and the phone is dead first thing in the morning. The cat, however, slept quite well on the charger. I don't know what the cat gets out of it.
