Once again an excellent experience with Best Buy! From the greeter at the store, and the salesperson to the delivery guys. All were fantastic! So far so good with this refrigerator. Good value for the price. Its a tad smaller than our old one, but with this design it actually seems to be more roomy. Works great so far. Very quiet and cooled very quickly. Only downside is no drawer for cheese etc., the light doesnt seem very bright and no light in the freezer, otherwise very happy.

Had it for over a month. It does what its supposed to. Not 100% quiet but...95%. I wish it had a light in the freezer. Roomy for the two person hoyse that uses it. Delivery was quick friendly and efficiently done. Happy with buying this value refrigerator. We don't have any need for fancy things just something that works...and it does

Huge fridge! On the picture looks a little smaller, better check dimensions before ordering. Overall very good fridge, does the job done, spacious, freezer is strong and reliable. Delivered on time, nice staff, installed and placed it where I asked. 10/10

Perfect size. A ding on the freezer door. Unsure how it happened cause the guys opened the box at my home. They handled with care.

I don't believe it's bigger than I thought. Good quality, moderate price, cold and quiet. does not make noise. Wise choice for ordinary life. and have to move house often like me. It is such a great size and was delivered in such a timely manner. The app let me know how far he was and when he would be here with the fridge. It was clean and works very very good. We love it! Great price!

We purchased this refrigerator for our downstairs kitchen. Perfect for our needs, just the right size. We especially had great delivery men. They were very professional and careful. They had to bring our old refrigerator up and put the new one downstairs. We especially appreciated this because we are unable to do this anymore. FYI Home Depot would not deliver and move to basement because we did not buy a top notch refrigerator. Even if we paid for it !! So much for helping seniors. Thank you Best Buy !!!!!

I love my mew Insignia refrigerator! I love that I had 2 close’s to put the door handles on either side. It’s very spacious !

The fridge is great, it has a lot of spaces, I am surprised for all the food you can put in, it's very quiet that makes you don't notice when it's running…So far, everything is great.

Good basic fridge. I bought this same fridge last year for a garage fridge and its been great. I bought another one because my house fridge went out.

It's a great refrigerator I have no problems with it It keeps everything's so nice and cold and fresh, i love the glass shelves and able to see everything i have in it and lots if room.

This nice petite fridge will allow us extra freezer space and a great place for beverages in the downstairs TV room. Best reason for purchase: my not being able to climb stairs while in a soft cast. It is so quiet I forget it's in the room.

I bought this Insignia 18 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator sight-unseen with the help of a Best Buy team member online in chat. My 25 year old Kelvinator finally had kicked the bucket and I needed a quick replacement. I am 100% satisfied with my new Insignia refrigerator and the sales person. The first day I owned it I actually had to put my ear against it to make sure it was running. It is just amazingly quiet. Again, all "pros" and no "cons" about this purchase. Oh, one con actually. The installer put the handles on upside down. Not a huge deal, but I'd love them to be placed properly (see photo.)
