I purchased these products less than 24 hours ago and I plug the sub into an outlet with power then the two speakers into the sub and nothing is receiving power. Is there anything else I can trouble shoot or are these just duds?

how many watts are these speakers
Answered by InsigniaCustomerSupportDear Customer, thank you for your question. The Insignia™ 2.1 Bluetooth Computer Speaker System (Model NS‑CSS2B6) delivers a total of 30 watts RMS power. This includes the combined output of the two satellite speakers and the subwoofer, giving you a solid amount of volume and bass for a desktop setup. Rafay | Insignia
Would this connect to an xbox series s?
Answered by InsigniaCustomerSupportHello, and thank you for your question! The Insignia™ 2.1 Bluetooth Computer Speaker System with RGB Lighting and Remote Control (Model NS‑CSS2B6) can be used with an Xbox Series S using a 3.5 mm wired audio connection. Since the Xbox Series S does not support audio output over Bluetooth, you would need to connect the speakers through your TV's audio output or a compatible 3.5 mm audio source. We hope this information is helpful! Vennila | Insignia
Can I use the speakers sideways/horizontally?
Answered by Jen5CroftYes
Do the settings for the lights remain selected even if the speakers lose power? Such as if the light mode is set to off, and the power strip they're plugged in is turned off and then on, will you have to reselect lights off mode?
