A: It will charge anything that plugs into a usb port. We charge samsung tablets, phones, iphones. Works on them all. But it wont fast charge.

A: It's just a wall adapter with two USB ports, not a camera of any type. It can be used with any phone as long the phone has its own charging cable, then it'll plug into the adapter

A: I believe it is universal . But if you would like to be certain Google the name of it and ask Google if it is universal or look up the manufacturer specs that way as well. I'm almost positive you will find your answer most definitely that way . Hope that helped a little at the least .
