Still running great after 8 months. Looks awesome. My BEER - Her Wine...... 2 temps..... ( bourbon on counter ) If you do get it, Glue on or stick on felt pads on bottom back edge. Product does not have feet on back side, just metal bar. Reason for one star lost..... Please put adjustable feet on back next version.

Got this cooler to replace a Uline mini fridge for storing beverages in our bar. I was a bit apprehensive buying this cooler because of the mediocre reviews, but the price was great compared to similar models at HD, Lowes, etc. Delivery was good and the cooler looks great. We tested both sides using a thermostat and the left side does seem to be cooler than the right. With the entire cooler filled, neither side can maintain the min temp of 37F but it is cool enough for me (the sustained temp is in the mid 40s). Overall I am satisfied and hope that it holds up over time.

Bought it on sale for my new built in wine bar. As stated in previous reviews it doesn’t accommodate larger wine bottles and champagne. Had to remove some of the shelves. It does keep the two different temps accurately and is reasonably quiet. Best feature is that it fits perfectly into the built in space and it looks good.

As many people have mentioned, the cooler didn’t work. Seeing it was on sale, I went for it. After turning on for 2 days empty with closed doors, the thermostat I placed inside said 70F. So I wrapped it up for the return, and when I turned it sideway, I noticed the wire was badly damaged. It looked like the wire was caught under the plate for a while and the protection sleeve of the wire was stripped. An installer once told me if the wire of the fridge is damaged and he has seen many being caught under the plate, the fridge is gone. I gave it 2 stars because of the design. If it works, it is easy to use with clear display of the temperature. The shelves are study and the construction overall is nice. Such a shame that the wire was damaged!

I love the look of my new dual control wine/beverage cooler. The sleek Stainless steel French Doors look fabulous alongside my beautiful Cherry wood cabinets. The dual controls allow me to store my wine in one side and also cool water, juices, seltzer and other small refrigerated items in the other side. It fits perfectly next to the other cabinets and looks so stylish.

The left side seems to get colder then the right even tho they're both set to the lowest.. I don't mind because the left side is for beer, right it's for wine. Make sure to get the extra warranty. Noise is minimal. Unless like right beside your bed. it doesn't bother me.

Really like it but should have tiny bit more room between shelves because you have to take one or two shelves out to pack it. Only skinnier bottles can fit three to a shelf. But the look and design are beautiful. We have had our’s for several months and works great. Note: if this had come in black stainless I would have bought it in that finish.

Bought this wine cooler and had it installed in our kitchen island. Really nice to have the 2 sections both with separate climate controls. Keeps wine a good cool temp on one side, and keep soda and beer in the other side. Runs quite in the kitchen as well.

So far very pleased with the cooler. Sometimes I can hear it, mostly during late night hours when we are sitting in the sofa (open floor concept). It’s perfect for beer and wine and provides with shelf placement options.

This is an OK product but it will not get down to the correct temperature of 37°. I have had this unit for one year now and only use it for wine because it cannot cool cold enough for drinks or beers! I set the temp to 37° and it only gets down to 54-59° which is ok for wines but no ok for beer and soda. This machine is a waste of your money if you plan to put beer in it. I have added pictures of my thermometers I put into my unit on both sides. I am also adding a picture of my actual GE refrigerator in my kitchen that gets down to 37 to 40°.

We bought this fridge for a kitchen remodel. It works great. We are able to chill various types of beverages. It is quiet and is adjustable to fit bottles of wine, beer and soft drinks. It is extremely easy to use. We are very happy with this product and look forward to future get together when things get back to the new normal.

When I purchased this item I had just finished my man cave, so I needed a wine cooler and I chose this one and it is definitely worth it. I now can enjoy a nice glass of wine at the right temperature.

I Purchased the insignia Dual control beverage cooler against my better judgment after reading many reviews on it. However it was on sale so I took a chance. One of the chief complaints was that one side of the cooler worked and the other would not I chalked it up to installation error however I was wrong. Also there are power buttons that actually have no function. Incredible. We picked the unit up on a Monday 9/7 and uncrated it and it sat in our house for 4 days until it could be installed by our contractor (he had to paint behind the cabinet and finish some trim work) on Friday 9/11 much longer than the recommended time to let the coolant settle as per the instructions. We let it sit empty overnight. On Saturday morning we started to load the unit with beverages one side was working one side was not We got out the manual tried to troubleshoot and of course there are no recommendations for that type of problem. I let it go over the weekend called the number in the back of the manual and reached Best Buy. Insignia is their brand. Go figure. Basically the phone call was a waste of time. I asked if we could trouble shoot the problem as it seems to be a common issue and was told since I picked it up at a store I would have to call the store. Well it’s 7:05pm and the store is closed. I’ll have to call back tomorrow but I’m guessing this will have to be returned. I expect better from Best Buy. Also not happy with the customer service I received for an appliance that has been delayed. Guess I should have taken my $12K appliance purchase elsewhere. But that’s another story......

This has been great so far! My husband and I looked all over to find a moderately priced wine fridge for our new house. We finally decided on this one and we are very happy. It’s only been a few months, but it is working well and we love having the options for wine or can space. It looks very sleek and matches our stainless appliances well. Would highly recommend this product for wine/beer drinkers!

Arrived at front door. Was super easy to carry 113 lb fridge plus packaging to bar. Wine Shelves don’t fit normal sized wine bottles. Only half the fridge will cool. Sat on hold for 95 minutes to process replacement. Best Buy customer service is the worst. First time I called I was told they weren’t available and call back later...at noon on a Thursday. No supervisors around..always in meetings. Make sure you buy with a card that will warrantee crap

I waited an hour in the store to purchase this and have it brought to my car only to get it home and find out it was damaged inside the box. Very upset to pay this much for a damaged product after having to drive 30 miles to a bestbuy which carried this model. Also the product has a sticker that says “built in version available” however there are instructions for building same model number into a counter??
