A: Yes, I have downloaded the Xfinity Stream app and it works just fine.

A: You can purchase the Replacement Remote Model: NS-RCFNA-21
A: The included remote works using Bluetooth technology, but other mobile devices cannot be paired to the TV via Bluetooth. Try to hook up a Bluetooth transmitter into the 3.5 mm headphone jack on the TV.
Q: Does voice have to be activated for the remote to work?
A: no, I don't use mine with voice.
