A: as long it has a usb c port meant for charging
A: For fast charging you need to find a charger with "PPS" feature. This charger does not say or have "PPS".

A: If it charges with a USB C port I would think so. I'm using it successfully with a Samsung Galaxy S8 and an HP Elitebook laptop.
