Q: Is the draft tower attached to the fridge by four screws at the base or does it twist into place?
A: I looked at the owners manual at insigniaproducts.com and they state that the draft tower is rotated into place. Step 4 of installation---Rotate the draft arm 60 degrees until the tap is facing the front. It may take some force. There is nothing listed about holding into place with 4 screws.
Q: can you convert this to a double tap ? do they sell the kit to convert it?
A: Yes you can. You have to buy a new double tap tower and co2 regulator. It is much more cost effective to buy the double from the start.
Q: How cold is the lowes temp setting that it will maintain ?
A: The lowest setting is 32 deg Fahrenheit, my digital thermometer inside reads about 31 degrees Fahrenheit.

A: You can choose either. At first I put mine inside because I thought it was easier to put together. It comes with a bracket which is ready to hook on behind the cooler so I now have it outside. I did research and it said it us recommended to have it outside
