With no warning, my backup computer stopped working. Power supply burnt. Looked online at Best Buy, they had a couple of power supplies. Picked this one for the wattage and number of connectors. Picked it up and installed, Works great. Plenty of connectors, very quite fan. And a very good price

After installing a new gaming graphics card in the computer it had problems turning on. Looked like it needed more power and this 520W ATX Power Supply did the trick. Fits just right and had all the necessary connectors for the motherboard, hard drives and even for the new graphics card. Very silent also.

I've recently upgraded several components in an HP h8-1234, which included more memory, a faster CPU (AMD FX-8350) and a much more powerful graphics card (a Radeon RX-480). As a result this machine needed a beefier power supply to replace the pretty weak 300 watt unit that is in the machine. I've heard that the HP was notorious for not liking power supplies greater than 650 watts, so I found this power supply for only about $40 at the local Best Buy. It went in easy and it worked perfectly for my machine. The fan seems pretty quiet as well. It is nothing fancy (i.e., no removable power connectors), but will do the job for those upgrading or replacing power supplies in so-called "big-box" machines, such as HPs or Dells. It will also work if building a fairly mid-range custom machine and don't need anything fancy.

Decent power supply for price. Installed easy and runs super quiet. Only knock is connectors are a bit flimsy.

Well, it's a power supply; not a very sexy system modification, really. Except, when yours stops working! Thanks to Best Buy and their Insignia line of computer parts and accessories, I was able to get back up and running before close of business. The power supply fit perfectly, contained the correct connections, and performance was even better than the factory power supply, all at a very reasonable price! If you need it, just go get it.

My power supply was making noise and my computer was acting slow, this power supply did the trick. My Dell XPS 420 is a new machine with more power it is so quiet you can’t tell its running. The supply is larger than the original but it will fit and works Great. Best Buy the price was my first reason for the purchase I am glad I did. Thanks

my second power supply died (original was a 300 upgraded to 400 watt) I thinking because of the large graphic card I installed so I desided to up the wattage, they had this unit in stock. a bit bigger than my older unit but so far so good. price was good too. just make sure your tower has the room for it is a bit larger than a 400 watt.

I have a home server that is on 24/7 and the old PS died. I put this in and was amazed that is it very quiet as ps's go. The readings on the motherboard have been very consistent since installation. It probably wouldn't be appropriate for a gaming machine but for a standard box or even a light duty server it does the job.

It does what it needs to do. I ended up not using it because it was a tad too big for the case, but that won't be a problem with a standard ATX tower. If you can afford the upgrade, I would recommend going with a modular PSU, but otherwise this works just fine as a basic power supply.

The power supply saved my computer! My original power supply was rated at 450 watts and after a couple years stopped booting. I purchased this 520 watt power supply and my computer booted right up working like new. It runs very quiet.

This was an open box special. The price was very good and it does what a power supply does. My computer runs reliably and it was not difficult to install. The cords seemed to be a little short but otherwise I am quite happy.

I bought this on a whim because I needed something that could power my new graphics card and was very skeptical to say the least. I'd at least heard of Insignia, but I'd never used one of their products before I bought this power supply. It's been working great for the past couple months and I don't regret buying it at all. My only complaints I would issue towards this component is that - The CPU power cable is too short (for ATX case with bottom mounted power supply, cable only approx 1ft long), make sure it will reach up to the header before you buy (only a problem with bottom mounted power supplies) - Would prefer an 80 Plus rated power supply at BestBuy Stores - No power switch on back of power supply

Completely impressed at the performance of this unit for the price point. A new video card called for 600W power supply, this one fit the bill perfectly, quiet and solid performance, no issues to date!

My computer power supply died and I purchased this one. I installed it myself (very easy) and it works great--quiet and plenty of power. I would recommend this product highly,

I needed to upgrade my power supply to support a new video card (needed for dual monitor support). The Geek Squad installed it and it provides all the power I need and is super quiet.

Fairly easy to install...installed into HP desktop pc. More than enough power to manage my system...4 Stars because of miner installation issues, definitely a PSU for a large tower...

Solid, reliable power supply. Costs less than other brands but I've never had any issues and it supplies enough power for an i7 and a high end graphics card.

this power supply was purchased to replace a failed power supply unit. Installation was easy and the power supply unit performed as expected. Problem solved!
