For the price it does what’s it’s meant to do. Big screen, good image, good sound. The only issue we have run into is delay in reaction to button pressing on the remote. You also can’t input too fast or it will miss some inputs. Overall decent product, worth the price.

this TV is so slow it takes up to 2 mins to open a streaming app. adjusting the brightness isn’t a simple one click you have to adjust several settings each time. it just feels ancient if i’m being honest.

Won’t blow you away but for the price it’s good. Unfortunately maybe received a faulty one because it was developed weird spots on the screen within 3 months.

Hard to program. Small to operate. The remote barely working.

When I first received the TV within the first two days, it started to glitch prompting me to have to manually restart the TV through the settings. It would create a split screen. It would then create a glitch and sound sounded like a clicking sound when I would stream certain apps like Netflix and Disney, apps that are supposed to work with the fire stick. Overall, the size of the TV is nice and the picture Quality is OK. It was a cheap deal so for the price I paid it was very overall, but I would not recommend it for a living room.

We bought this to replace an older Samsung tv wanting to upgrade to 4k and we're happy with the picture quality. The problems we've encountered are: On my old Samsung I used to use ARC to power on my Apple TV, which turned the tv on, which turned the soundbar on. It was all streamlined and I could use my phone to power on everything. With this TV I can't get any of those things to work *consistently. Sometimes the TV turns on when I power the Apple TV on, sometimes not. MOST times the sound bar doesn't turn on- only when I've recently turned the system off does it turn back on without me walking over to it or using the remote. This is the biggest issue we have with this tv. Otherwise, I'm just not a fan of the FireTV system. It's slow and has ads. This hasn't been as much of an issue because we default to the apple tv.

The tv is okay in some way but terrible in others. The remote is not as responsive. The remote power button would also turn on my smart lights which is not what I want when I’m in bed and want to turn the tv off and then the lights come on. Volume is never at the right tone, it’s either too loud or way too low. It’s great for simple watching, but if you want to adjust the brightness or bring the picture quality to life with brighter colors then it’s not going to give you too many options. It’s not what I thought it was but that’s okay, it’s just not for me.

So far, this TV has been pretty good overall for the price. It’s affordable, easy to set up, and practical if you just want a basic smart TV for streaming and everyday use. The apps work well and it does what I need it to do. The only downside is that the picture quality and colors can look a little dull compared to more expensive TVs. The brightness and color depth are not the best, especially when watching movies or shows with darker scenes. Still, for a budget-friendly TV, I really can’t complain too much. You get what you pay for, and overall it’s a decent smart TV if you’re

The price was exactly what we were looking for and the picture quality is good. The reaction time from the remote is extremely slow and glitchy. We've had to do a hard reset 6 times in the two weeks we have owned it. Remote volume stops working, youtube tv had clicking sound, apps don't show up on home screen. My wife says worst tv ever because of this. The hard reset of eliminating power for one minute does reset it, but it is so frustrating.

For the price, this TV delivers a sharp 4K picture and smooth Fire TV performance. Apps load quickly and the interface is simple to navigate. The speakers are average, but pairing a soundbar makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a great mid-range option for streaming and casual viewing at home.

The built-in tuner is very poor quality. It does not lock in channels from the TV antenna. I had to buy an external tuner box to get broadcast channels. Picture good, fair sound, and otherwise decent.

The first one had issues with the picture quality with a dark area, so we returned it right away. The replacement had good picture quality but is already having issues with sound and is only a few months old.

T V works good but very disappointed in setting up apps. HBO and other premium channels will not download even though l have subscription though spectrum which also will not work in app.

There’s a reason Amazon’s cell phone failed and their tablets are the least popular of all the brands. Stick to a Roku or true android/google based TV. Fire TV interface is the main problem. It’s clunky, slow, and unintuitive. Not to mention I could not get Paramount plus or HBO Max apps to load. Since they never loaded, there was no option to uninstall. They have to load first then you can choose to install or uninstall. A no connection pop up would come on screen often even though there was a connection and you could see the show continuing to stream in the background. The TV itself is fine for the price point and a non TV snob. Picture and sound settings were fine.

I dont like the remote. It doesnt have numbers so you have to scroll to find your channel. The guide resets when you get 1/4 way thru the list. Picture is good. For the price its not bad

I recently bought an open box TV and I selected the excellent quality one!!. turns out the TV is fine but the volume of that does not go beyond 30 I was little disappointed.

The size is perfect and it beats buying a fire stick. But have 3 stars due to it starting blacking out and going back to the Home Screen on its on.

Very difficult to get all set up and connected to the sound bar. Regret going with this brand TV after googling solutions to some issues and seeing lots of people having the same comments.

Picture is good enough but the software is really slow and doing something that should be simple like switching to hdmi is not simple and takes da longer than it should
