A: The BASE (bottom ⅜”) twists OFF CW (clockwise) direction. Then you can screw or use stickie pads to mount or hold in place.

A: The cord is 6 feet long.
A: From my experience, the STABLE/NON BLINKING small light indicates that your phone is charging. If it blinks on and off and on and off, then it means it is not charging.
Q: Does this work with Samsung Tab 4 or E?
A: Yes, you plug in the usb plug into the device, so it works on all devices.
