A: It does have an over the air DTV tuner. There is a coax cable connector on the back for the antennae hook up. It does have an ARC HDMI port and an optical out, so it should support a sound bar.
Q: This has a 60 Hz refresh rate. Does blurring occur in fast-moving scenes, especially sports?
A: This is actually my question. I have since bought the TV. I have noticed no blurring.
A: Roku isn't really an app. It's an operating system. Like Windows on your computer. With it you can download apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc). Hulu itself is free, what apps you download will usually be paid services.
Q: How far apart are the feet/stand on this tv? would this tv stand work?
A: It is about 52 inches.

A: Yes, this is a new TV and it does not come with an HDMI cord.
Q: Is there a way to disable the smooth scaling/motion?
A: Yes. Press the * button on the remote, and then go to advanced picture settings. You can turn off the true motion feature there.
