A: As mentioned above, Mine does the same thing with my XS max. I had one I bought a year ago, it would sometime do the same thing with my 7plus, but it would stop after while. I got my new phone last month and it hasn't worked with it ever. I took my old one in and exchanged it thinking it could be bad, same thing happen. I then thought it might be my truck, nope, tried in my other truck, same thing and its a newer truck. I like this charger and has worked well for me and charged fast and well. A shame your product does not work anymore Insignia. Guess I will return it for a refund.
