The Insignia lens cap holder works well to keep the cap from getting lost. Now, no more dropping the lens cap as you scramble to get the shot. The holder was easy to install. Just peal off the non-stick paper and press the tethered anchor to the cap. Then stretch the band around the lens body. The price was worth it.

I received a camera as a gift. It came with many accesories but not with a lens cap holder. And this is a very important piece in my traveling kit: I lost one lens cap once and never could replace it with an original one. So, I decided to buy this at great price and easy to install.

This little item keeps you from losing your lens cap to your lens. Very easy to use and works great with lens hoods. Definitely recommend it if you don’t want to be buying a lens cap if you lose one.

This simple little thing has helped me so much. I use to put my lense cap in my pocket before going on a picture taking rampage and then forget to put the cap on putting my lense at risk for scratches I'm so glad I purchased this little gadget now I never forget to put the cap back on

Simple lens cap keeper works great. I don't use it the way it shows, however. I put my camera strap through the loop and stick the button sticker on the lens cap. I can still take the cap off and let it hang but the elastic doesn't shift and get in the way of the lens function or get stretched out. I still have the first one I bought years ago, I needed a new one for a different lens.

Soon after I fastened the sticky dot onto the lens cap, it fell off the lens cap, leaving the foamy dot remaining on the lens cap. This happened on approximately the second time using the camera after applying the lens cap holder.

This is just a piece need to hold my cap lens, and works.

Went on quickly and the lens cap quickly snaps in and when in use I just unclick and drop it letting it dangle. Better than holding it or putting it in my pocket like I used to. Also it can quickly go from lens to lens so I do not need to buy one for every lens. With it dangling I also get reminded more to put it back on when not actually taking photos. When in my pocket I tended to leave it off more which leaves it unprotected from dust and sand. I live in Florida and love the beach and the animal rescue ranch I volunteer at so am always in dusty or sandy scenarios.

I have bought three of these lens cap holders and for the most part, they work just fine. However, on one lens, it consistently falls off due to the fact that the adhesive on the back of the piece that attaches to the lens cap does not seem strong enough. For the price of about $8.00, I feel this should not happen. Overall, the holder works well and allows the lens cap to stay with the camera and definitely is convenient.

These lens cap holders solidly attached with double stick tape and retain your lens cap helping to keep from losing it. When it’s hot outside 100 degrees or more (we live in Arizona) be aware that the adhesive melts and the attachment point may fall off. Overall this is an inexpensive and simple solution, worth the money

Love that I can finally keep my lens cap handy but it could use some improvements regarding where it attaches to the camera. Would be helpful if it wasn't attached at the lens. Unless you purchase on for each lens you have, you will have to reattach when you switch lenses. Still it beats fumbling for the cap in your bag!

This inexpensive cap holder made life so much easier. I used to have to take off the lens cap, then put in my pocket. Sometimes I lost the shot during that process. Now just make a simple squeeze cover pops off and stays attached to the camera. Take the shot and put the lens cap back on. Simpe

Attached easily to my lens cap and has stayed on with no problem. I gave this a 4 hoping that the adhesive will hold better and longer than an earlier one. It's a product I would not want to be without but it wasn't easy to find as it was often sold out.

Lens cap holder is easy to use. keeps me from dropping cover while taking photos. Just put easy to use elastic over lense, and you're ready to go.

This handy little device does the trick! I lost the original lens cap and needed a way to make sure I didn't lose it again. Just slip the elastic on and the lens cap remains attached to the camera even when you take the cap off. It works great!

Before I found this, I always had to stick the lens cap in my pocket. Annoying! In comes this little doodad, and now I don't have to worrry about keeping track of my lense cap. Perfect! I use on 4 Sony cameras (bought them for work) and have not lost a single cap yet!

I never leave for vacation without several of these lens cap holders. I find I can keep up with the lens caps with this holder attached without any problems. It is simple to use and inexpensive

Summary says it all. So far so good, it's holding well, easy to switch from one lens to another as long as the same lens cap fits all your lenses. No complaints

I have purchased two of these now, for the Canon DSLRs that are owned in my family. This is a good solution to keep from losing the lens cover. It attaches with some double sided tape to an existing lens cover, and then the lanyard attaches to the camera body. Very handy when the lenses that you are using are of the same diameter. The drawback that I noticed while using it is that if you are moving around a lot during the photo shoot, the lens cover will swing around and become slightly annoying. Not quite as annoying as losing a lens cover, though, so I can deal with it.

If you have an SLR camera, you will definitely appreciate this handy little gadget. Put the sticky round part on your lens cap and the band around your lens itself, and no more missing lens caps! Makes it really easy to pull your cap off the lens and then start shooting because you don't have to worry about what to do with your cap. This particular one is so far doing it's job for me - should last years. I have been using these things for many years. I purchased this for a new lens that I recently bought. A little expensive, but worthwhile in the end.
