A: For Europe the the plug has a separate ground at the edge of the outlet. This plug adapter does not have that ground connection.. Just like the phone chargers in the states do not have a ground plug...

A: Yes im using it in Isreal
A: It is only for 250V. If in Argentina the voltage is 127V, I believe it will not work.
