I have a number of speakers but this one is very powerful and gives really good sound. I got it on sale and it is well worth the price.

For a convenient, easy low to middle volume solution to getting audio from my bluetooth-equipped devices to me and or a small group the Insignia Plug-In Bluetooth speaker is unsurpassed. Great sound at low to moderate volume. To recharge, one can just plug into an available 120v AC source. Easy to pair with any Bluetooth-equipped device. Easy to carry and store.

Doesn't play as loud or as bass-y as other speakers, but nifty integrated AC charger and a sound quality that's perfect for before-bedtime music listening. You can unplug it from the wall as it has a built-in battery for portable listening, but I leave mine plugged in and at ear level in the bedroom. Easy pairing, works well with iPhone, and aesthetically unobtrusive and pleasant. Dinging it one star for it's thin low-end sound, but for some applications that's an asset. Overall a very good cable-less solution for portable or non-portable music.

I am not one to write reviews but this little speaker is awesome I have 5 to 6 wireless speakers but this one is awesome the sound is great and the plug in option is great I have one in each bathroom in the Garadge my bedroom and my son (15) had one in his room they are so practical. I love that there is no cords no chargers just plug it straight in, the fact you can unplug it and walk away with it playing is also a big plus. The sound is loud much louder than I expected for $18.00 it's almost as loud as my wireless bose.. if you love music and like to play it whiles cleaning showering or doing yard work it's perfect..

It may be small but it is pretty loud. I love the fact that you can just plug it in and use it without worrying about a cord. You can also charge it up and take it on the go, no batteries needed. The price is also a bonus!

This little speaker works great on the beach and in the bathroom. It gets surprisingly loud with out distortion. I have only heard distortion once and it was at full blast during a heavy part of a song. The battery life is outstanding and it is very easy to connect. The only down side I have found is that the USB plug can not be used for music only to charge a device when plugged in. I would have preferred it to play from the USB because I have an older ipod. This is best speaker I have found for the price.

I was looking for something small for my desk at work. I read a few reviews of this item and decided to try it. It works awesome! This little speaker plays clearly and can play fairly loud. I loved it so much i bought a 2nd one for home.

Bought for my wife for Mother's day. She tends to listen to music through her phones speakers (which drives me crazy) when we have various options around the house. Setup has always been an issue for her. I figured I would give this a try, small easy to move from room to room and you can simply plug it in and listen. I haven't used it for long just gave it a quick try to make sure it was easy to use. Turned it on out of the box held down the power button, my iphone4 found it off the go and I was actually quite surprised with the sound the little cube had! This will be perfect for her to move with her from room to room in the house. 5 stars for first impressions, 4 stars since I only used it for a moment. (I was actually thinking of going back to store to pick up the 2nd one as it was $22.99 - deal of the day - based on my first impressions. Could easily use in the back porch or in the garage with my phone.)

I got this unit to give me the ability to listen to my audio books while camping. I did not expect much, but since it was on sale I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised on how well it sounded, the volume, and how long the battery lasted. I really like how it does not need a power cord to keep track of, just plug in into an outlet. I am going to get another one as soon as it goes on sale again.Great value!!

i really like this little speaker, has a nice sound, bluetooth , and you don't have to worry if it needs charging as it is plugged in the wall.i use it in my laundry room and sometimes plug it in my bedroom. it pairs up easily with my iPhone 5s

I purchased this for my wife who previously listened to music each morning on her iPhone while getting ready for work. She seemed content with that setup but hearing that awful sound coming out of the bathroom each morning drove my ears crazy. I wanted to get her a little speaker to upgrade her experience but she is typically resistant to any sort of technology that I push on her. So first an foremost this thing had to be easy to use. And....it is! I plugged it in, paired it with her iPhone and she was in business. Each morning she just hits the power button and in two weeks it has only failed to auto-connect once (but I showed her how to manually connect). It stays plugged in so no need for charging cables and it doesn't take up any counter space. For the price the sound is great. The bottom line is this is a simple, little piece of tech that meets our needs. Highly recommended.

The sound quality is excellent, especially considering the price range. I love the fact that it does carry a 2 hour charge AND that it has a USB port so I can charge my phone while the speaker is plugged in.

This insignia Bluetooth speaker is very compact.Easy to operate.I am using it for the last few months. No issues . Great sound. I have one in my living room. I use the new one in my bathroom. Thank you Best buy.

Nice unit. Battery life is adequate. Sound quality is good, but a little short on bass. Not too unexpected based on the size of the speaker.

This is a great item to have. You just plug it in and connect via bluetooth, and your done. And the sound it more then i expected, over all a must have. It's small, and easy on the eyes.

This speaker works as advertised. It is easily paired via bluetooth and charging is simple as the prongs flip out for use with a standard wall socket. No cables/chargers required. It is definitely not the most high end unit, but does a decent job for the low price tag.
