Have the charger plugged in for 2 to 3 days now and it still will not charge my cell phone or my Apple Watch but will charge my earbuds. Should I take it in for an exchange?
Hello, thank you for your question. We appreciate you trying the charger and providing those details. Since the charger is able to charge your earbuds but not your iPhone or Apple Watch, we recommend first confirming that the charging stand is connected to the included power adapter, verifying that the iPhone and Apple Watch are properly aligned on their designated charging areas, and removing any thick or magnetic cases that may interfere with wireless charging. If the issue continues after these checks and both the iPhone and Apple Watch still will not charge while the earbuds charge normally, an exchange may be appropriate. For additional troubleshooting assistance, please contact Insignia Customer Support at 1-877-467-4289 or insignia@bestbuy.com. If an exchange is needed, Best Buy Customer Care at 1-888-237-8289 can assist with available options. Sudeep | Insignia
